PhD, Nutritional Sciences
Upon completing a BS in Human Nutrition from Ohio State University, Neal continued on to his MS in Human Nutrition from Virginia Tech where he started his PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry. He completed a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from University of Maryland while working at USDA and NIST.

Craft Technologies, Inc.
Dr. Craft worked at USDA, BHNRC in areas of mineral and vitamin metabolism then moved to NIST Analytical Chemistry Div. and contributed to the NIST/NCI Micronutrient Quality Assurance Program. He founded and managed Craft Technologies, Inc. in 1994 and served hundreds of clients for nearly 25 years.

Craft Nutrition Consulting
After nearly 25 successful years as president of CTI, then Chief Scientific Officer for Eurofins Scientific, Dr. Craft decided to move in a more personal direction to work personally with clients and projects. Craft Nutrition Consulting was birthed to Improve the World by Advancing Nutrition.
